1. About Mukh
Mukh is a discovery platform and does not act as an agency, broker, or employer. We do not guarantee bookings, identity, or outcomes.
Mukh is a discovery platform that lists talent profiles for public viewing. We do not employ, represent, or contract any talent. Any engagement between brands and talent is a private matter between those parties.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create a profile. Users between 16 and 17 must register through a verified parent or legal guardian who agrees to manage the account on their behalf. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and information you upload. By uploading, you grant Mukh a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the platform and in promotional contexts relating to the directory.
You must own the rights to anything you upload and must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that depicts minors in an unsafe manner.
4. Brand access
Brands may browse profiles and request introductions. Brands must respect each talent's privacy settings, must not contact minors directly, and must not use talent images outside the platform without written permission from the talent.
5. Profile review
Profiles may be marked as "Reviewed" or "Limited verification." Profile review does not guarantee identity, conduct, or legitimacy. Always exercise your own judgement before engaging with another user.
6. Subscriptions and visibility
Paid plans may grant additional placement or features. Visibility does not guarantee views, bookings, or results. Subscriptions renew automatically on the stated billing cycle until cancelled.
7. Safety
Mukh does not supervise offline meetings. You are responsible for your own safety, including verifying the identity of anyone you choose to meet in person.
8. Termination
We may suspend or remove any account that violates these terms, including for fraudulent profiles, harassment, exploitation, or copyright infringement. You can request deletion of your own account at any time from your dashboard.
9. Liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mukh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
