What we collect

When you create a profile we collect the information you submit: name, date of birth, gender, contact details, location, photos, social links, and stats relevant to your category. For brand accounts we collect company name, contact person, and business information.

We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We log the date, time, IP, and policy version each time you accept our terms.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the directory, surface your profile to brands you have allowed to contact you, send service messages, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Public profile content

The fields displayed on your public profile (name, photos, category, stats, social handles) are visible to anyone who visits the site. You can hide your phone, email, and disable contact requests at any time from your dashboard. You can also switch your profile to private to hide it from public view.

Your profile may be publicly visible. Only share information you are comfortable displaying.

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, email delivery) under standard data-processing terms. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the safety of users.

International transfer

Mukh may host data outside Bangladesh. By using the service you consent to the transfer of your information to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws.

Minors

Accounts for users aged 16–17 are managed by a verified parent or guardian. Direct contact with minor talent by brands is disabled, and minor accounts have additional privacy protections. See our Child Safety Policy for details.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact us through your dashboard or our public contact channel to make a request. We retain consent logs and basic audit data for legal compliance even after account deletion.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email and may require you to re-accept the updated terms.
