Child Safety Policy

Minimum age

No one under 16 is permitted to create an account on Mukh. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 16 we will remove it immediately.

Guardian-managed accounts (16–17)

Talent aged 16–17 may only join through a parent or legal guardian. The guardian is the account owner of record. We collect the guardian's full name, email, phone, and relationship at signup and require the guardian to confirm consent.

Profiles for minors display a "Managed by Guardian" badge. Brand contact requests are routed to the guardian, never to the minor directly.

Contact restrictions

For all minor profiles:

• Direct messaging with the talent is disabled.
• Phone and email are hidden from public view.
• The "Connect" button on the profile contacts the guardian instead of the talent.
• Minor profiles are auto-flagged for moderation review.

Content standards

Profile photos of minors must be appropriate for a professional modelling directory: fully clothed, non-suggestive, and tasteful. Any image that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor is forbidden and will result in immediate account removal.

Reporting concerns

Anyone can report a profile through the "Report profile" button on a profile page. Select "Minor safety concern" to escalate to our highest-priority queue. We act on minor-safety reports within 24 hours and cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Working with platforms and authorities

We comply with applicable Bangladesh and international child protection laws. We will preserve and disclose information about a minor account when required by valid legal process or when there is a credible threat to a child's safety.
